I can't find my policy documents
They land in the app once your policy is validated. Usually within a few hours.
After you buy a policy, your documents appear in the My Portal app once your policy is validated. This is usually within a few hours.
Still not there after 24 hours?
Sometimes a policy gets held for a quick phone validation before documents are released. If you haven't had a call, contact the broker your policy is with.
