Adding or removing a vehicle mid-term

One of the biggest reasons businesses move to fleet cover is mid-term flexibility. Adding or removing a vehicle on a fleet policy is normally simpler and cheaper than doing the same thing on an individual policy.

Adding a vehicle

1. Send the registration and a few details to your broker.
2. They'll add it to the policy and email you a new schedule.
3. You're charged the extra premium pro-rata to the policy's remaining term.
4. Most fleet policies don't charge an admin fee for adding a vehicle.

Removing a vehicle

Same idea in reverse. The premium for that vehicle gets refunded pro-rata.
